At Nirlon Kitchenware, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality kitchenware products to your doorstep, no matter where you are in India. We’ve partnered with delivery partners to ensure better, secure, and reliable delivery.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed or dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be handled the next working day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: Delivery in 7-10 days
• Non-Metro Cities: Delivery 8-12 days
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, order volume, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all  orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Final shipping cost (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link.
• You can monitor your order status and expected delivery date in real-time.

5. Delivery Exceptions

• If an item is out of stock, if you purchased it, we’ll notify you and offer delivery once it’s restocked.
• If there’s a delay in delivery beyond the expected time, our support team will assist you with updates and resolution.
• Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us immediately through our support email, i.e support@nirlonkitchenware.com
• Take photos of the outer packaging and the product, and contact our support team within 24 hours.

7. Non-Deliverable Areas

While we cover most PIN codes across India, certain remote areas may not be serviceable. You will be notified through email or call if your address is not eligible for delivery.
