We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nirlon Kitchenware. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return the item if it is highly damaged or the wrong item. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • It should have the original packaging and invoice

     

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply:

  • Email us at: support@nirlonkitchenware.com
  • Mention your order number, item name, reason for return, and attach a damaged photo.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll share a return shipping email.

⚠️ Please do not send back any product without email or contacting us first. It will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A highly damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • Or if something is missing from your package

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Share clear photos of the issue, and we’ll help you with a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

We do not provide refunds. Instead:

You are only eligible for a product exchange. No money will be refunded under any conditions.

If a replacement is not possible (very rare), our team will guide you with the next steps.

🚫 Shipping charges (if paid during checkout) are non-refundable.
