Exchange Only – No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer money refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason (such as a damaged or incorrect product), we will offer an exchange only for the same product.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request for exchange must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
The issue must fall under acceptable reasons for exchange (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Exchange Process

Email- support@nirlonkitchenware.com with your order details and issue.
Once your request is approved, you will be instructed to return the product to our address.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the exchange.
We will ship the replacement product to you at no extra cost (for approved cases).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Items returned without proper packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
To cancel, mail us immediately at 📧 support@nirlonkitchenware.com with proper reason.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed period will be eligible for store credit or exchange only (no money refund).
