Note:
We provide a 5-year manufacturing warranty on eligible products, so you can shop with confidence. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and applies only if the product is registered within 1 month of purchase through our warranty registration link.
1. Warranty Registration
- After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a warranty registration link.
- You must complete the registration form within 30 days of purchase.
- Registration details are stored securely for future verification.
2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1 – Email Us
If you find a defect within 5 years, email support@nirlonkitchenware.com.
We will check your details in our registration database.
Note: Unregistered products are not eligible.
Step 2 – Fill Claim Form
If verified, you’ll get a Google Form to provide details and upload 5 clear photos of the defect.
Step 3 – QC Inspection
If the claim passes initial checks, send the product to our plant for inspection as per our Quality Control (QC) norms.
Step 4 – Replacement or Rejection
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement.
If misuse or damage is found, the claim will be rejected.
3. Warranty QC Requirements
To qualify for a warranty claim:
- The product must be purchased from us and registered.
- The defect must be a genuine manufacturing fault.
- No signs of misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear.
4. What’s Not Covered
- Damage after delivery (drops, dents, cracks, etc.)
- Scratches, stains, discolouration, or dents.
- Damage caused by mishandling or harsh cleaning.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
5. Important Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
- Customer must pay shipping charges for sending products for inspection unless a defect is confirmed.
- Our QC team’s decision is final and binding.
